When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within three business days. If for some reason I cannot ship your order within that timeline I will contact you. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking.

do you take custom orders?

Please email me if you are interested in having a conversation about making a custom order. You should know I do not accept all order requests. I want to ensure any order I take is something I am confident I can make well so you walk away loving your pottery.

My pottery arrived broken, what do i do?

Take a photo of the broken item along with the packaging and first contact USPS. All of my items are insured through the shipper. You will need to contact them to receive a reimbursement for your broken items. Also, please let me know about the damaged item so I can work on making your a replacement.

Do you do wholesale Or consignment?
